Terms of Use

■ The main changes are as follows: 

• We have added more definitions of terms in order to accommodate the future development of other products (new Article 2); 
• We have clarified some terms in order to improve our services (new Article 3, new Article 7, new Article 9, new Article 16, and new Article 18); 
• We have added the provision regarding terms of service and restrictions (new Article 6); 
• We have added the provision regarding the exclusion of antisocial forces and prohibitions on alteration of services as the prohibited actions of registered users (new Article 8); 
• We have clarified where the IP rights belong and the scope of use by registered users (new Article 10); 
• We have changed the period of time when we can cancel the registration if the user does not use the service for a certain period of time from 6 months to 3 months (new Article 11); 
• We have stated that the cancellation of a user registration will be effective prospectively (new Article 11 and new Article 12); 
• We have stated the procedure for prior notice to registered users in the event of a change or termination of services. (new Article 13); 
• We have added some provisions regarding warranties and disclaimers of liability (new Article 14); 
• We have stated the scope of our liability for damages (new Article 15); and 
• We have stated the liability and terms of use if services include other business operators’ services and content (new Article 22).

Privacy Policy 

■ The main changes are as follows: 

• We have added applicants for recruitment activities and our employees as Registered Users and have described the purpose of utilization more clearly and in more detail (new Article 1); 
• We have stated exceptional cases where the provision of personal data to third parties is permitted (new Article 5); 
• We have stated security control action for personal data (new Article 6); 
• We have added a provision regarding the management method in cases of the handling of personal data in foreign countries (new Article 7); 
• We have stated the procedures for requests for disclosure, etc., of retained personal data (new Article 8); 
• We have stated the information that may be automatically acquired by us (new Article 9); 
• We have stated the possibility that we may use cookies and other identifiers (new Article 10); and 
• We have stated that we may acquire and use user data from external services and have added the name of the external services (new Article 11).
